It is a close range built from our real prices for a home your size. We confirm the exact number after a quick look at your property, and most homes land inside the range.
What is soft washing?
Low-pressure cleaning with a solution and soap. It is a lot gentler than the power washing most people know, and the solution gets to the root of organic growth like algae, moss and dirt instead of just spraying water at high pressure.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. We need an outdoor spigot and access to the areas being cleaned. We text before we arrive and do a final walk-around with you if you are there.
How long does it take?
Most house washes take one to three hours. Add-ons like the roof or driveway add time, and we tell you the plan when we confirm your date.
Is soft washing safe for my siding, roof and plants?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that neutralizes algae at the root, so it is safe on siding and shingles. We cover outlets and lights, and soak your plants before and after.
When do I pay?
If you are home, after we walk around the property with you and you give us the OK. If nobody will be home, we take payment ahead of time, or you can leave a check out for us before we start. Nothing is charged when you book.
